This role of Product Manager, is a senior-level strategic position for products serving the staffing and recruiting industry. You will be responsible for the product roadmap, have oversight on development and releases of multiple products developed for the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for delivering both incremental and forward looking features that align with our strategy, aimed to delight Bullhorn customers and excite prospects.

As a Product Manager, a Typical Day Might Include
> Reviewing and curating input from customers, prospects, internal stakeholders, the competitive landscape in relation to existing features and functionality and gaps.
> Engaging with customers at a strategic level to understand their initiatives and how our existing products support their goals.
> Observing customers in their day-to-day operational practices to gain insight into the tactical challenges they face.
> Articulating the long-term vision for a feature set and defining key results for the organization to rally around.
> Leading cross-functional team meetings and driving accountability over months to ensure a successful launch of a major feature or a new product.
> Collaborating with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to resolve issues during both design and implementation.
> Taking a leading role during roadmap planning and feeding into strategic product planning.
