Job Introduction

As a Technology Project Manager at Bauer you will work closely with the Audio business area and colleagues in Technology on the full lifecycle project, from analysing through to planning, building and delivering a variety of projects that will typically centre around commercial off-the-shelf enterprise products and associated technical infrastructure. Some projects maybe more bespoke in nature involving software development, customisation and test.

Role Responsibility

You’ll have several projects to manage and deliver at any one time, they will vary in size from small to medium (100k) to large (500k+).

As well as Plan, Build & Deliver, projects will involve the following: capturing and analysing business requirement, developing business cases, mapping process and data workflows, replaying business and technical requirements. You will also need to create and manage standard project documents such as PIDs, Project plans and updates, budget tracking and management, RAID logs and so on.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of successfully delivering multiple projects at the same time.
  • Delivery of project in line with desired outcomes and agreed quality, time and cost limits.
  • Excellent planning, coordination and organising skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently on multiple projects / work streams at the same time
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying and then managing project risks & issues
  • Can demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of managing multi-discipline teams, business & technical.
  • Good understanding and interest in technology and how it can be exploited for business benefit.
  • Able and confident to forge strong working relationships with project stakeholders at all levels of organisation, up to and including board level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to create and deliver succinct and effective presentations, facilitate and lead meetings.
  • Proven track record with project management experience.
  • Preparing a project Work Breakdown Structure into different work packages.
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding and experience of change management.
