What you will be working on

You’ll join us in this varied and stimulating role within our Operations team where no day is ever the same and will fully utilise your independent thinking ability and logical mindset as well as your understanding of process within a London (Lloyd’s) insurance market environment.
As Ki grows rapidly, you’ll benefits from a real opportunity to showcase your talents throughout the business as you lead and deliver process management improvement activities/initiatives across multiple internal and inter-company functions/teams and programmes of work.
Your strong relationship building skills will come into play early on, working with key stakeholders and technology enablers, enabling collaboration and effective team dynamics.

The day to day..

As Operational Process Analyst your focus of the will be the continual improvement and support of the wider Ki organisation. You’ll help to develop and maintain processes and procedures, ensuring that they remain fit for purpose, adapting, as required, to business, regulatory, and industry change along with the exploration of all opportunities to apply technology and efficiency improvements to streamline processes. This will enable our business to commercially scale, whilst delivering a low-cost operating model.
You’ll support an atmosphere of continuous improvement and strong team dynamics – contributing to an environment where all team members feel safe to experiment and iterate to solve new and evolving challenges.
