If you would like to join a fast growing exciting company and be part of a fresh learning approach we would love to hear from you.RequirementsAbout the RoleYou will be working in a supportive, friendly and collaborative team, whose aim is to ensure that Multiverse delivers excellent support to apprentices. You will sit in the Functional Skills team, in the wider Apprentice Support team. You will demonstrate strong communication skills and will be expected to show initiative, manage your priorities as well as solve problems and make decisions.In this role you will:

  • Making Functional Skills exam registrations and bookings
  • Scheduling Functional Skills classes and internal assessments
  • Managing the Functional Skills inbox, responding to queries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Developing your expertise on international qualification equivalencies
  • Supporting the Admissions team with qualification equivalencies
  • Providing administration support to the overall team
  • Assisting the Apprentice Support team with ad hoc reports, special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Reviewing and improving current processes
