The Business Transformation team are responsible for driving continuous improvements to internal EMEA processes, procedures, and systems to reduce operating costs, and improve end-user and client experience. They endeavour to increase revenue prospects by identifying and implementing the necessary changes required to enable the business to perform at optimum capacity. The Business Transformation Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a wide range of business transformation projects and initiatives which make tangible and evident improvements to the internal and external client experience, throughout EMEA. Theydrive business transformation initiatives from concept to implementation to deliver efficiencies, profits and reduce overhead costs for Insight.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•Manage multiple concurrent improvement projects or programs to deadlines to achieve desired outputs.

•Work closely with the Business Transformation management to define and shape critical to quality metrics for each process to measure effectiveness (Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay).•

•Work closely with the Business Transformation team to understand and interpret customer and business feedback through data analysis, translating this into a prioritised programme of improvement activity

•Record and report root causes, corrective and preventative actions to eliminate f uture occurrences.

•To measure the success of each project and initiative by analysing and documenting the Return on Investment.

•Work closely with all teams across the business to promote and implement continuous improvement through operation excellence and using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Understands general business processes, procedures, and issues. Understands how to analyse these and drive operational excellence initiatives

Able to facilitate complex process improvements with established process improvement methodologies (LEAN/Six sigma)

Ability to promote the solution, considering audience and be able to present back to the business as required requirements and solutions

Ability to assume responsibility f or assignments and to perform them in accordance with minimal supervision

Strong networking and interpersonal skills with proven ability to negotiate, influence and generate confidence, trust,and respect

Knowledge of B2B reseller/ FMCG supply chain, MS AX & SAP is beneficial

Can demonstrate working knowledge of using Green Belt Six Sigma

The ability to recognise both internal and external clients and the willingness to co-operate with them fully to help themachieve their objectives for themselves and others

Ability to exercise diplomacy and build partnerships and consensus, within teams and among other stakeholders
