About the role:

  • Responsible for analysis of resource management data. Allocation reports and forecast data pertaining to the management of the Enterprise Services permanent staff resource pools.
  • Work with Client Account teams, Resource Managers and Talent Acquisition to match demand to supply within requisite Service Levels.
  • Manage the respective technical resource planner activities (e.g., Cloud, Data Network) with input from the respective Practice Lead(s) and Principal Consultants. Feedback updates to account teams to ensure Kimble up to date.
  • Work with various teams to track demand and current resource capabilities and identify gaps, maintaining training trackers
  • Ensure accurate data analysis and forecasting using core toolsets (including Salesforce and Kimble) is maintained. Manage the respective reports and timelines for completion.
  • Provide a support basis for query management for any anomalies relating to the Business Unit forecasts.
  • Monthly forecasting activity for the relevant business lines. Prepare monthly and fortnightly forecasts for revenue and margin and disseminate data accordingly to stakeholders (e.g. divisional team meetings, board meetings).
  • Identify relevant topics for case studies, blog posts and win releases for engage and coordinate with the relevant parties for creation of these.
  • Provide the required Resource Management allocation reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the production of accurate resource forecasts/Management Information that will be utilised.


About you:

  • Strong Organisational and Planning skills.
  • Effective administrator with clear communication skills developed in a fast paced and changing business environment.
  • Customer focussed and desire to focus on continuous improvement (CI).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp complex business issues quickly and to design and implement solutions that mitigate business risk.
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects/processes in parallel, within tight time-fames and across multiple accounts.
  • Resource Management allocation, forecasting and reporting.
  • Experienced in dealing with and processing/analysing large quantities of data.
  • Effective analytics skills (Excel, Kimble or similar Service Applications).
